Conestoga Contracting Group is looking for an
Landscape Construction Crew Lead
Vertical walls, water features, interlocking pavers, drainage systems, retaining features, natural stone features, concrete spa pads, concrete pool construction.
Minimum Requirements for this role:
Must possess a valid
FULL G-class
driver's license Minimum of 3 years' experience in landscape construction Fluency in English, oral and written communication Personal mobile device with data plan for communication, time and project tracking Ability to work on call 24/7 during winter months for snow shovellingJob Duties:
Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and grade stakes Manage all aspects of the job site, including excavation, layout, forming, grading, subbase compaction, and material installation. Lead a crew of 2-4 team members on a variety of landscape construction projects (e.g., pools, retaining walls, hardscape elements, including interlocking pavers, and natural stone features, drainage systems, etc.
