Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction and landscaping, with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance outdoor spaces. This role requires a hands-on approach to various tasks, including digging, landscape maintenance, and irrigation. The Builder will work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain structures such as fences, decks, and garden beds. Dig trenches for irrigation systems and other landscaping needs. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, and mulching. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and gardens. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects. Ensure all work areas are clean and organized after project completion.

Skills

Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to construction and landscaping. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Experience in landscape maintenance practices including planting, watering, and garden care. Ability to dig trenches accurately for irrigation or construction purposes. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site. A strong attention to detail ensuring high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
