Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Snow Shovelers. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible outdoor spaces during the winter months. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in various weather conditions. Experience with lawn cutting, maintenance, or construction is a plus.

Must be reliable and ready to go in the event of a snowfall
Must hold a valid driver's license to commute to each job-paid travel

Responsibilities

Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and other designated areas using hand tools and power equipment. Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels and snow blowers Ensure that all areas are free of ice and snow to maintain safety for pedestrians and vehicles. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete snow removal tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in snow removal and landscape maintenance. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is beneficial. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods. Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks. A commitment to safety practices while operating equipment and performing duties. Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
