Job Overview

RC Golfworks does all facets of golf course construction and renovations, including irrigation installation and repairs. Beginning mid-September, we are starting a large job in the Guelph area and are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team. This role involves various tasks that contribute to completing projects including irrigation installation. The individual will work closely with experienced staff to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
This job will extend throughout 2025 and into May of 2026. This position could lead to a permanent position following the completion of this job.

Duties

Dig trenches for irrigation systems. Install irrigation systems. Utilize hand tools for various landscaping tasks. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and basic repairs as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards.

Experience

Previous experience in irrigation, landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is advantageous. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are essential. Must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and work well as part of a team. Experience using mini-excavators, tractors, and similar equipment is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the individuals selected.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
