We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to perform a variety of tasks related to building and renovation projects. Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard (drywall). Perform construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects. Execute maintenance person services including minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Apply caulking in various applications to ensure proper sealing of joints and openings. Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks. Install siding and other exterior finishes as needed. Assist with concrete forming for foundations, slabs, and other structures. Assemble and install cabinets, countertops, and other fixtures according to specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills

Proficient in drywall installation and finishing techniques. Strong carpentry skills with experience in various construction methods. Knowledgeable in construction painting techniques for both interior and exterior surfaces. Familiarity with maintenance person tasks including repairs and general maintenance. Skilled in caulking applications for effective sealing. Competent in using hand tools safely and efficiently. Experience with siding installation processes.
