Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our cabinet making team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow within the company. This entry level position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. While the majority of the role will be based at our facility in Trenton, there may be some on site time assisting in delivery and/or installation of cabinetry.

Duties

Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment. Assemble Cabinet Components Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas. Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cabinet shop would be an asset but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. A valid driver's license

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
