Labourer/apprentice Carpenter
Job Description
Mitchler Construction is one of Winnipeg's leading framing companies, and is currently hiring labourers and apprentice's in carpentry. We are looking for hard-working individuals to join our team, who are looking to advance their skills in the custom wood-framing field.
As a labourer, you will be required to haul lumber, keep the jobsite in a clean and organized fashion, learn how to make proper cuts, and other aspects of the home framing process. You must be reliable, physically fit, and hard-working.
As an apprentice, you will complete jobs including but not limited to: framing floors, walls, and roofs. You must be reliable, physically fit, hard-working, experienced with power tools and pneumatic tools, and comfortable working from heights (ladders, on rooftops, etc.).
We work steady hours year-round, Mon-Fri, with lots of work already booked for 2026!
All applicants must have their own: valid drivers license and vehicle, and willing to work outside of city limits; tool pouch with basic hand tools; steel-toed boots and hardhat.

Pay: Hourly wage will commensurate with experience.
