Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, experienced and motivated labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should take pride in delivering a high-quality work on every project. We're seeking someone who works well both independently and a team player. Should possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to craftsmanship are essentials to succeed in this role.

Duties

- Assist with demolition and repair work as needed

- Support the team in setting up containment areas and negative air system when required

- Ensure that job site is clean, safe and left in professional condition upon completion

- Accurately document work completed - photos, logs and material tracking

- Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE on site.

- Assist in warehouse maintenance including caring for tools and equipment maintenance and company vehicle.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth job progression.

Qualifications

- Demolition experience is required

- Restoration or construction experience is strong asset

- Strong attention to details and a commitment to quality workmanship

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Rotating on-call schedule 24/7 after hours

- Able to work independently and as part of the team

- Willingness to work overtime

- Driver's License is required

Position: Full-time

Wage: $30 - $40 per hour

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
