As a Labourer, you will support our site team in delivering high-quality work on residential construction projects. This role is a key part of our field operations, responsible for assisting with day-to-day site activities, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing hands-on support to trades and supervisors. The Labourer plays an important role in ensuring project progress, quality, and safety on site.

What You Will Do

Work under the direction/supervision of the Site Superintendent Loading and unloading materials, cleanup, and miscellaneous duties Assembling or breaking down structures Familiarity with the materials, tools, and machinery used Team oriented, ability to communicate effectively with co-workers Ensure all safety standards are followed when working on construction job sites Remove, fill, or compact earth

This role could be for you if you have

Minimum one year of construction experience Ability to work at a variety of locations Must be open to performing physical activities (Lifting equipment up to 50 lbs) Demonstrated ability to safely use manual tools and equipment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Work individually and in teams
