Shift:

5x2, Monday-Friday

Wage:

$32.63 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits

Your Role

As a Labourer, you will support tradespeople and contribute to facility and equipment maintenance. Key responsibilities include:


Assisting with general construction-related tasks such as drywall, painting, and minor building repairs. Operating equipment and tools to move materials and support shop and yard activities. Performing clean-up duties inside and outside, ensuring work areas are safe and organized. Washing and detailing company vehicles and equipment to quality standards. Assisting with mechanical, electrical, and body repair work as required. Performing other general labour and facility support duties.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of industrial or trade-related experience considered an asset. Valid driver's license. Ability to operate a forklift and crane. Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Strong communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in a team environment and with minimal supervision. Effective interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy. Strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and acute safety awareness.
