Full Time Salary Pay - 18$/ Hour @ 40 Hours a week Guaranteed- Working hours dependant on when the snow falls.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Snow Removal Labourer to assist with snow clearing operations. Candidate must have a valid drivers license. Candidate would be given a specific snow route, and would be responsible for clearing all snow from residential properties / commercial properties after snow events. This will require being on call to working evenings/ weekends/ holidays, however - even if it isn't snowing - you are still making a steady pay cheque!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate snow blowers and backpack blowers effectively and safely. Perform manual snow removal using shovels as needed. Clear driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas. Ensure that all equipment is maintained and in good working order. Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. Work efficiently in various weather conditions and terrains.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license

Previous experience in snow removal, landscaping, or other hard labour positions is preferred but not required. Ability to operate snow removal equipment safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads. Reliable transportation to and from shop location. Work trucks to be provided. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Safety-conscious mindset
