Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various maintenance, cleaning, and facility-related tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in facilities maintenance and custodial services while contributing to the overall safety and cleanliness of our operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine cleaning and custodial duties, including commercial cleaning of designated areas Support heavy lifting tasks to move equipment, materials, or supplies safely and efficiently Pick up and delivery of vehicles to customer's location Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or issues Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts

Qualifications

Prior experience with custodial work, facilities maintenance, or related fields is preferred but not required Class 5 driver's license. Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
