We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Labourer Rigger to join our fast-paced, dynamic team.



Assists in the setup and dismantling of equipment at job sites. Performs manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and cleaning debris. Operates hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assist crane operators and drivers with rigging and moving heavy materials and equipment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Actively participate in employer safety program. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and projects. Assist in rigging and securing loads for lifting and moving operations. Inspect rigging equipment for damage or wear and report any issues. Ensure proper placement and attachment of rigging equipment to loads. Follow rigging plans and procedures to safely lift and move materials and equipment.

High school diploma or equivalent Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects. Familiarity with hand and power tools Basic understanding of construction or industrial processes. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols. Certification or training in rigging and/or forklift operations is an asset. Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
