Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols. Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Experience
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with construction is an asset but not required Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team, and alone. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
