Handle materials and equipment: Safely lift, carry, and move construction materials around job sites. Work in all weather conditions, maintaining productivity and focus. Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the day. Perform manual labour tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials Check equipment and site conditions to identify potential hazards before starting tasks.

Prior experience in construction, quarry, or heavy machinery operations preferred. A strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as shoveling, lifting, and carrying. Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with your crew and leadership.
