Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers/technicians to join our team. This position involves assisting with various physical tasks on-site, supporting project completion, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team setting. Prior plumbing, electrical, water well and/or water system experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

Assist with installations, troubleshooting, various water system related jobs. Support (and learn from) skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols Help with site preparation, including setting up work areas and materials Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure work environment Contribute to the overall efficiency of the project by performing assigned tasks diligently

Experience

Prior experience in construction, plumbing/electrical or manual labour is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job requirements Experience with skid steers, excavators or other equipment is advantageous but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
