Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer or seasoned installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. We are willing to train the right person who is looking to make a career out of construction.

We specialize in exterior construction. Exterior finish including siding, soffit and fascia, and eavestrough installation are major focuses of our company. We try to work our way inside for the winter, but that is not always the case. We work on everything to do with a home, so you will be educated on how building systems work together to acheive maximum purpose.

Duties

Set up of tools and materials each day Maintain a clean and safe work site Follow oral and written instruction to reach job goals Measure and cut materials to job specifications Install a variety of finish materials Carry heavy materials (60+ lbs) Communicate with crew and crew leaders about material and tool needs when required

Experience

Candidates should possess a solid interest in construction or related fields with experience in the following areas:

The ability to show up Be able to retain instruction given to carry out the construction of projects Be able to work in varying weather conditions Building techniques that ensure structural integrity. Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in construction settings. Ability to work at heights Understanding of general building practices

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:

Construction: 1 year (preferred) Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)
