We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks and safely completing a variety of tasks in earthworks and helping equipment operators with general groundwork and daily tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, and safe operation in and around equipment and vehicles. Responsibilities:

• Operate hand tools and power tools as needed.
• Work safely around a variety of earthworks and construction equipment.
• Learn general operation of basic earthworking and gravel related equipment.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow safety rules, practices, and procedures at all times.
• Work with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

Experience:

• Must have valid Class 5 Driver's License, with preference for Heavy Trailer endorsement or higher license.
• Previous experience in earthworks, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience operating skidsteers, rock trucks, compaction equipment, loaders, or similar is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labour for extended periods of time.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
