Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. Purpose





The Mobile Maintenance Labourer focuses on equipment operator cab hygiene during schedule PM's, including Shovels, Drills, Trucks and support equipment. They will also assist with general shop cleaning and maintenance labourer activities as required.



The expected rate for this role is CA$37.09/hour. Additional overtime opportunities, Travel Allowance, Benefits and other perks.

Essential Duties





Role duties include but are not limited to:

Strong commitment and adherence to all Safety Policies and Procedures Cleaning equipment operator cabs during scheduled PM's, including Shovels, Drills, Trucks and support equipment. Must be able to climb up and down equipment boarding ladders to access operator cabs Demonstrate continuous effort to improve and streamline cleaning processes Provide detailed feedback on Work Orders and assist with general shop cleaning duties Proactive organization and cleanliness of the Maintenance facilities Maintaining Maintenance shop infrastructure access ways Assist with other maintenance labourer activities as required #####

Training & Experience





Required experience and training include but are not limited to:

Valid Class 5 driver license with a clean driving record is required Current Airbrakes endorsement is an asset. Previous Support equipment operating experience (ie. Forklift, Tractor, Pressure washer, Skidsteer) is an asset Familiarity with industrial equipment is preferred. Candidates who are keen on maintaining cleanliness standards and have previous experience with industrial cleaning supplies are preferred Previous experience with industrial worksite safety guiedlines. Candidates to provide information re: Safety Program related training and experience Equipment specific training and skills #####

The compensation for this role is CA$37.09/hour with additional overtime opportunities, travel allowance, benefits and other perks. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
