Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our dynamic team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites or other projects to ensure efficient operations. This position offers the opportunity for unlimited growth - opportunity to move into Site Supervisor or Project Manager with the right skill set and drive.

Duties:

- Perform physical labor on construction sites such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
- Operate hand and power tools and machinery including but not limited to mini-excavator
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed

-Ability to work both collaboratively as a team and independently

-Pick-up/drop-off of materials, dump runs and drive between job-sites

:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability

-Clean driver's abstract

-Good communication
