Duties and Responsibilities:
Compressor Valve Shop Tech / Labourer duties will include but are not limited to:
Rebuilding compressor valves and packing cases Ensuring shop area, and equipment are clean Assisting machinists Disassembly/ reassembly of compressor components Operating machines such as: lapping table, surface grinders, manual lathes, milling machines, etc. Inspecting and repairing equipment and components Cleaning Shipping/ receiving duties Communication with staff and customers
The right candidate will possess:
Experience in the compression industry is an asset Excellent verbal and communication skills Mechanically inclined Ability to work overtime hours as required Strong time-management skills Strong organizational skills Prioritizing skills Excellent work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.28-$30.87 per hour
