SHIFTS: We are excited to welcome new team members to our small, fantastic team of warehouse professionals. We have less than 5 associates at our site and we work hard! After all, as a third party logistics provider to Michelin Tires, we ensure the world goes around! The work is heavy but the weekends are free! NOTE: 10% of this position is spent on the forklift while the other 90% is heavy, manual labour. The incumbents ideally will have experience lifting 50-70 pounds continually and will be physically fit. Having said that - we understand it can take you several months to get use to the work and we will be flexible and support you along this "work fitness" journey! Apply at: www.workforzenith.com Monday to Friday 8 am until 4pm DUTIES: - Load/unload trucks, trailers, containers both manually and with MHE; - Pick, pack, sort, put away stock using power equipment, accurately with a strong attention to detail; - Use customer\'s inventory system and release and organize orders; - Ensure the work area is clean, tidy, organized and safe; - Assist in inventory counts; - Work safely and abide by OH&S standards; COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND PENSION: Company matched pension of up to 3% of base wages REQUIREMENTS: - This is a physically demanding position where lifting and moving tires for the duration of the shift is required. - Grade 12 diploma or equivalent - Willingness to be trained and certified to operate forklifts. - Valid driver\'s license and good driving record, with outstanding safety record - Reliability in attendance - Physically fit, with ability to lift 50 pounds on a continuous basis, 40 hours per week - Ability to undergo and meet the requirements of a criminal background check If you have a strong attention to detail, enjoy a team environment, like to be physically active at work, and enjoy a fast paced work environment, we would love to hear from you!
