Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in loading and unloading materials and products. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Support team members in various tasks as directed by supervisors. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Having Driving License Having Safety tickets Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.
