Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role is essential in supporting our operations and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Duties

Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, demo, and moving equipment. Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing support as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Operate hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction or labor practices is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
