Introduction

FMC is a development company specializing in single and multi-family home construction.

We're looking for a reliable and motivated

Labourer

to join our team at our Cumberland site. This role involves general labour and light carpentry work in an outdoor environment. The successful candidate will support site operations, assist trades as needed, and help maintain a safe and efficient worksite.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general labour tasks, including material handling and site cleanup Assist with light carpentry and basic construction activities Safely operate hand and power tools Support equipment operators and trades on site Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous labour or construction experience preferred Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Works well in a team environment and takes direction effectively Clean class 5 drivers license Reliable transportation

Additional Assets (Not Required)

Rough Terrain Forklift certification Mobile equipment operation experience Basic or Intermediate First Aid certification

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
