Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

Previous experience in labor or construction roles is preferred but not required Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and environments
