Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed for various tasks. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements

Valid Working at Heights certification Experience on a ladder, comfortable up to 3 stories high Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 85 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Basic knowledge of safety practices in a construction or industrial environment is a plus. Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
