Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person to join our landscape maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall clearing and maintenance of sites.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as snow rators, snow blowers to perform clearing. Bobcat/skidsteer or Truck and plows for experienced individuals with at least 3 t Tasks efficiently and safely. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways accessible and safe for pedestrians and vehicles. Maintain equipment through regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure operational readiness. Collaborate with team members Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues. On-call 24/7 weekends and holidays throughout Nov to April.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, excavators, or other landscaping machinery. Ability to perform snow plowing operations safely during winter conditions. Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Valid G driver's license preferred; clean abstract.
