We are looking for an Construction Labourer, with 1+ years carpentry experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Use and understand of drawings and schematics Use of hand, power, and pneumatic tools Use of lifting, rigging, and hoisting equipment Use of PPE and safety equipment Maintain safe work environment Installation of fasteners, adhesives, and connectors Use of stationary access equipment Erect/dismantle scaffolding Organize materials Lay out floor systems Lay out deck systems Construct footing forms Dismantle formwork Perform basic concrete placing and finishing Installation of engineered floor systems

Requirements:



Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment, including hand tools and power tools. Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other trades and supervisors. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.

We offer:

Full-time work; hours may vary based on project deadlines and site conditions. Typical 44 hours per week, Monday - Friday. 2 weeks paid vacation * Group Health and Dental Plans
