This role primarily involves assisting experienced drillers with hands-on tasks and general labour on our construction sites across Nova Scotia. Key Responsibilities:

Assist experienced drillers with the setup, maintenance, and operation of drilling equipment Learn and apply proper drilling and blasting techniques under close supervision Support overall construction site activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations Follow safety protocols and contribute to a secure work environment Participate in on-the-job training and professional development sessions

Qualifications:

A strong work ethic with a keen interest in learning new skills in construction Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in outdoor conditions Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow detailed instructions No previous drilling experience required--we provide thorough training! A valid driver's license is an asset
