We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient.

Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Help set up and dismantle temporary structures or scaffolding. Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols on site. Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed. A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
