Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. Duties

Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing tasks Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance during construction or maintenance activities Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week
