Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tank Cleaner/Laborer to join our team.

All work will be Camp or Hotel and when staying in a hotel LOA is provided.

Duties

Perform Swamper duties on Vac, Combo and Steamer Units; Perform general laborer duties such as man watch, shoveling, raking, moving of equipment and/or materials, spotter duties; Perform Confined Space Tank Entry Cleaning; Perform work from heights and manlift equipment such as washing buildings; Drive light vehicle units obeying all traffic and legislative requirements; Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with Arrow Oilfield Services Policies and Procedures as well as customer, manufacturer and legislative requirements; Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repairs; Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any needs or concerns; Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety; Have a Safety First Attitude

Experience

Previous experience in General Laborer Duties and Tank/Vessel Confined Space Entry; Familiarity with Oil and Gas Plant Work; Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff; Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to learn new skills and safety protocols as needed; Ability to be accountable, open minded, honest, fair and supportive; Ability to use good judgement, be proactive and where necessary, to react quickly in emergency situations; Team Player
