Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various manual tasks that support our operations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment. This position requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and products. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily production goals. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery operation is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments. Previous experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
