Overview

We are a Water Well Drilling company seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laborer. This role is essential in supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As a Laborer, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe working environment. Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed, towing large equipment or casing to and from job sites Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required, basic knowledge of tools a must and able to competently tow a trailer of casing or equipment. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectiively as part of a team. A valid driver's license is a must with clean abstract. A class 3 is preferred but not a deal breaker need to have a heavy haul endorsement ticket as you may be hauling equipment or casing to sites must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test with little notice must be willing to work remotely when required ( alot of our work is out of town meals and lodging will be provided when out of town must speak fluent english
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
