Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work well in a team environment, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas and tools. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving efficiency. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and materials used.

Experience

Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
