Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, heavy lifting, and equipment operation. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, ensuring efficient movement of goods. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed to maintain safety. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles is a benefit. Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts) is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety protocols. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
