Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks in a manufacturing facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments.
