We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team at Terranova Landscaping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Laborers play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of the shop and equipment. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Experience

Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power equipment is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately. A commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
