Position Overview:




We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our Quality Control team. This role ensures that all finished products meet ADL's quality standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. It's an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in quality control within the food industry. The ideal candidate is meticulous, well-organized, and comfortable working in a laboratory environment with food products.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct routine lab tests to monitor product quality. Maintain records of raw materials, production, and test results. Perform microbiological and chemical testing on dairy products. Prepare and ship lab samples for external analysis. Ensure proper handling and storage of lab supplies. Verify production reports and assist in inventory checks. Follow safety and quality standards in all lab activities. Support product development and troubleshooting when needed.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or lab experience is a plus. Experience in a lab or food production setting is preferred. Basic understanding of lab procedures, measurements, and documentation. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, email). Willingness to complete necessary training and adhere to safety standards.
