We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Laboratory Technician

to join our dynamic team specializing in paint coatings and plastisol applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting laboratory operations and ensuring consistent quality control. This position requires a solid foundation in laboratory techniques, mathematics, and analytical thinking to effectively contribute to our research and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments in accordance with established protocols and safety standards using equipment such as Brookfield viscometers, Stormer viscometers, Hegman gauges, drawdown bars, and related instruments. Analyze samples using a variety of laboratory techniques to ensure accurate and reliable results. Perform regular quality control checks on equipment and procedures to maintain compliance with high standards of precision and reliability. Collect, record, and interpret experimental data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference. Prepare laboratory reagents, solutions, and testing materials as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with complex data sets. Proficiency in quality control procedures and adherence to laboratory best practices. Solid mathematical abilities for precise calculations related to testing and data analysis. Prior experience with laboratory equipment and testing methodologies is highly preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, while also being self-directed and proactive.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
