We are now recruiting for a

permanent, full-time

Labeller at our Oakville facility.

We are looking for someone to work full-time hours weekly. This role requires the successful candidate to work

10-hour shifts (4) times a week and

availability to work

afternoon/evening shifts

.

Previous experience with paints/coatings manufacturing is a strong asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow label instructions as per the batch ticket. Work in accordance with established safety and housekeeping standards, and report and unsafe conditions. Prepare labels and/or stickers for paint production. Label cans manually or using an automated system. Work in accordance with established safety and housekeeping standards. When no labelling is required, the Labeler may perform the duties of General help and other duties dependent on operation requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Completion of high school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and understand batch tickets Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong communication skills, and competence in math and numeric comprehension

Ability to lift up to 50lb regularly

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills Excellent customer service skills and strong problem solving skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Available for shift work and overtime Strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude
