Main Duties

Prepare, collect, and analyze biological samples or materials, and accurately document all experimental procedures and results. Complete experiments assigned independently, conduct data analysis and prepare reports on experiential results. Maintain highly detailed records of the stages of development of tests and the final results thereof. Deliver technical summaries of data with critical thinking skills to provide in-depth analytical explanations and interpretations. Ensure all laboratory equipment is operated safely and maintained in good working order; assist with general laboratory upkeep. Clean, sanitize, and disinfect workspaces and equipment according to safety and hygiene standards. Perform library and online research.

Education

Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or training in life-science fields, such as molecular biology, cell biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, immunology.

Technical skills

Able to apply ELISA, Western-blot, and relevant immunological techniques. Awareness to minimize the error rate of each experiment by less than 5%.

Soft Skills

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. Willingness to put extra effort at work and collaborate with other employees to increase productivity. Ability to work with animals and animal materials. Multitasking and prioritizing skills are necessary. Proficiency of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.

Pay: $37,440.00-$43,680.00 per year
