Job Description

The Processor Specialist is responsible for processing clinical specimens received in the laboratory. Under limited supervision and according to approved procedures, preforms a variety of laboratory support procedures including specimen collection, order entry, processing, all while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Salary Range: $35,235 \xe2\x80\x93 $43,534 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: HS Diploma or equivalent

Preferred: N/A

Experience

Required: 1-2 years\' experience in a hospital or clinical environment. Prior Lab, Processing and Data Entry experience a plus

Preferred: Two years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing

License(s)

Required: Valid driver\'s license

Preferred: N/A

Required: Self-directed. Demonstrate a teamwork mindset, initiative and open to new learning experiences.
