Available to work 4 days (Tuesday-Thursday) 3:00 pm-8:00 pm and Saturday (10:00-2 pm)

Kumon Responsibilities

Individualizing strategies for student development based on student goals and communication with the Instructor Work closely with the Instructor to develop and understand the lesson plan and goals for each student in order to properly administer instruction individually Grading of student class work, homework, corrections and organizing of Student worksheets Ensuring Student classwork is completed and corrected to 100% Assessing oral reading ability with reading students and providing necessary feedback Assist/guidance to students, as needed, adhering to Kumon Method standards and centre procedures Provide the Instructor with written or verbal feedback, as needed, based on student observations and/or student performance on worksheets Work with other grading assistants to create a balanced workload to ensure grading is completed before the end of class.

REQUIREMENTS

:

-Must be in a University with an undergrad degree. High School Students don't qualify for this role.

- Applicant will be tested for appropriate skills

- Customer Service oriented

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, in clear and concise language

You must be able to work Tuesday 3pm-7:30pm, Wed 3pm-6:30pm, Thur 3pm-7:30pm and Sat 10:30am - 2pm
