Chief Assistant
to join our team. The minimum qualification to apply for this job is that the applicant should be a Graduate, having completed their college.Job Type:

Starting at$18/hour

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays:
3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (occasionally till 7:30 PM)Saturdays:
9:30 AM - 2:00 PM (occasionally till 2:30 PM)Key Responsibilities:
Support students in following the Kumon Method of learning
Grade and prepare classwork and homework
Deliver excellent communication and customer service
Work patiently and effectively with children
Utilize online tools and systems proficiently
Assist with the enrollment process and provide a strong onboarding experience
Offer constructive feedback to students and parents on progress
Collaborate on strategies for student development
Help train and mentor new team members
Perform general housekeeping and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Quick learner and comfortable with digital tools
Experience working with young children
Previous experience with Kumon is an
asset
