Bayview Kubota is currently recruiting for the position of General Service Manager. This position is domiciled in Fredericton, New Brunswick but will be responsible for 4 locations, Fredericton; Woodstock; Bathurst & Miramichi, with travel required to each branch. Bayview is a dual dealer group with 9 Kenworth parts and service locations and 4 Kubota locations, 3 of these under a shared roof top. Knowledge of maintenance pertaining to agriculture and construction equipment and attachments; whole goods; wear parts etc. will be considered an asset. Kubota experience would be considered an asset but not a deal breaker, if you have industry experience. This person will be challenged with the expectation to grow the business for both in house as well as mobile field Service platforms, while working alongside our sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience.Skills & Qualifications
