Responsibilities
Plan and lead energetic K-Pop dance classes for children and youth of various ages and experience levels.
Choreograph age-appropriate dance routines and prepare students for potential studio performances or showcases.
Teach dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, and performance skills in an encouraging and engaging way.
Foster teamwork, creativity, and self-expression among students.
Adapt lessons and choreography to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful classroom environment.
Collaborate with other instructors or staff to coordinate class schedules and special events.
Serve as a positive role model, inspiring students to develop confidence and a love for dance.
Qualifications
Strong background in K-Pop, Hip-Hop, or urban dance styles with experience in choreography.
Previous teaching experience with children or teens is highly preferred.
Energetic, reliable, and patient, with excellent communication and motivational skills.
Ability to create fun, inclusive, and skill-building dance sessions.
CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
Bonus: Experience performing or competing in dance events or showcases.
