Job Summary:As a Knowledge Specialist, you will collaborate with the Knowledge and Localization Team to provide multi-lingual content for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include creating how-to video tutorials in multiple languages, conducting quality-assurance reviews of our product translations, and acquiring multi-lingual product screenshots for our help documentation and release notes. Additionally, you will work with the team to address client needs for multi-lingual content.
