Full Time, Temporary, Educational Assistant 1 (EA1)
for a work assignment atKinosayo Elementary School.

Hours of Work
:
30.0hrs. /week; 6.0 hrs. /day; Monday-Friday; Full Time, TemporaryHourly Rate:
$25.14 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective AgreementExpected End Date

To be determinedSpecific Needs/Requirements for this position:
Proven experience implementing Positive Behavior Support (PBS) plan strategies Experience supporting students in achieving ILP and IPP goals Verbal Intervention Training is considered an asset Formal post-secondary education in a related field is preferred Experience using assistive technology to support student learning is an asset Strong skills in managing student behavior effectively and respectfully Experience collaborating as part of a multi-disciplinary team is an asset Demonstrated experience working with students with diverse learning and behavioral needs an asset Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting students in Division 1 and Division 2
